Payments & fees
Clear, individually quoted professional fees — agreed in writing before any work begins.
There is no checkout on this website. You cannot buy anything here and we do not take card details through these pages. Enquiries are assessed, scope and fees are agreed by email or telephone, and an invoice for our own professional service fees may then be sent to you.
1. What our fees cover
Our fees are charged for our own professional administrative time and expertise — document preparation, form completion, accuracy review, coordination and record-keeping. Nothing else is included in our fees, and we do not add, collect or pass on charges belonging to any other organisation.
2. How fees are quoted
- Fees are quoted individually, based on the volume and complexity of the administrative work and the deadline involved.
- We may quote a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, an hourly rate, or an agreed monthly retainer for ongoing support.
- Every quotation states what is included, what is excluded, and the expected timescale.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated in them, normally 14 days.
3. Order of the process
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Enquiry | You contact us describing the support you need. |
| 2. Assessment | We confirm whether the request falls within our administrative remit. |
| 3. Written scope & fee | We set out the scope and our fee by email (or discuss by telephone and confirm in writing). |
| 4. Your acceptance | You confirm acceptance in writing. No work starts before this. |
| 5. Invoice | An invoice for our professional service fees may be issued, either before work starts, on completion, or in stages as agreed. |
| 6. Payment | You pay the invoice using one of the accepted methods below. |
4. Accepted payment methods
- Bank transfer to the company account shown on the invoice.
- Card payment against an issued invoice, where an invoice payment link is provided by our invoicing provider. Card details are entered on the provider's own secure page — never on this website and never over the telephone or by email.
Bank account details and, where applicable, a secure invoice payment link are shown on the invoice itself. We do not publish account details on this website, and we never ask for card or banking credentials by email or telephone.
See the Invoice Payment FAQ for how invoice links work in practice.
5. Currency, taxes and payment terms
- Invoices are issued in pounds sterling (GBP) unless a different currency is expressly agreed in writing.
- VAT: the company is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our invoices. If that changes, our VAT registration number and the rate applied will be shown on every invoice.
- Standard payment terms: invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless a different date is agreed in writing.
- Any bank charges or currency-conversion costs applied by your own bank or card issuer are outside our control.
6. Late payment
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date we will contact you before taking any further step. We may pause work on an engagement while an invoice is overdue. Any statutory interest or recovery costs will be applied only as permitted by law and only after written notice to you.
7. What we will never do
- Take payment for goods or services supplied by anyone other than ourselves.
- Collect, hold, pool or forward money belonging to a third party.
- Request payment card numbers, CVV codes or online banking credentials by email, telephone or through this website.
- Charge you anything that has not first been quoted and accepted in writing.
8. Questions about a fee or invoice
If anything about a quotation or invoice is unclear, contact us before paying and we will explain it or reissue the document. Our cancellation, refund and dispute process is set out in Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Disputes.
Template notice. This page is a plain-English template prepared for the company's own use. It is not legal or tax advice and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser, and completed with the company's real figures and terms, before publication.
